We begin every project with a complimentary discovery call. This quick conversation helps us get a feel for what you are looking for and which, if any, of our services would be a good fit for your project. During our Initial Consultation, we will meet in your space to discuss your design wants and needs. After this intake phase we will have a vision of your style, how you plan to use your space, and how we will need to move forward to transform your space!

During this phase, we will take everything we learned about you, your space, your timeline and design needs, and work some *design magic.* We will source selections from our vendors to give you options for your space - a combination of physical samples and virtual selections. We will wrap up this time with an in-depth design presentation to show you our vision for your space.

After you approve your unique design plan, we move forward with ordering products, starting the construction process (if necessary for your type of project) and sourcing accessories. Not everyone chooses to have us come in to put the finishing touches in place (they just take the design plan that we developed and execute it on their own, and that is completely okay!) For those of you that want the WHOLE PACKAGE, the CSI team will bring the magic to make your space feel like HOME!
